Ok someone is sending me some cigars from Canada and I am not too far (Midwest, top of Indiana under the lake) and I know there is customs but I don't know too much about them. When should I start looking out for the mail? I don't want any of these thieves around here stealing my package!

I would hate to find out some asshole stole my cigars and threw them away or did something else with them because they thought they were useless.

Unfortunately it can take a month due to customs or at least it has when I sent packages up North.

Well, you know, it really depends a lot on the shipping method. If they use the tunnel under the lake, it’s only a day or two. But, you can never tell with the Canadians. If they insist on using one of their blimps, it becomes dependent on the wind. Could be a week or more.

Maybe you should ask the sender how it was sent and for a tracking number.

This is really step 1

Or if they send it by dog sled...

Longest I've had it take is two weeks.

But Wharf Rat is wise; ask for the tracking number and set your mind at ease.

LMFAO well I guess I will ask him for the tracking and see if the pigeon post is going to take a while or not.

Two weeks is standard.
Anywhere up to a month is not unusual.
