I chose snowmobiling because it's the best fit of what you listed. You missed a bunch of activities I like including

winter camping
snow shoeing
snowboarding
ice climbing
even sea kayaking on calmer days.
and who can forget snow forts and sliding.

I also like snowmobiling because I grew up with it. Don't need a super fast ride, just a reliable sled and wide open country.

i live down south so the only thing you can't do is swimming, water gets cold. its 68 outside right now. i saw some people tanning outside last week when it was like 75 out. due to lack of snow we can't snowmobile, ski, or ice fish. we have do have an indoor ice rink though.

Nothing like rabbit hunting with a couple of beagles who are just glad to be out in the woods. The stew afterwards isn't too bad either.

Love sledding i was into it heavy for years but this year not at all .My sled is on the trailer and hasn't moved at all this year!!!

Every once in a while though I'll let the kid in me out and I'll find a big hill and do some sledding. Wheeeee!
