Moving to Florida

We finally did it, sold the house back in Maryland and loaded up both cars and headed to Florida. We are retired and decided to buy a house in The Villages after spending 3 months down here last year. Looking forward to playing a lot of golf and meeting up with the central Florida inmates to herf.

The Villages, eh? You'll need to practice driving 5-10 mph below the speed limit, with your blinker on, staying even with the car next to you so that no one can pass you. I have a brother-in-law in HVAC that goes to The Villages a lot and apparently that's an unwritten requirement for residents. :D

We ordered a golf cart and will settle on our house 2/7 with furniture arriving on 2/8. We're staying with friends until we can move into our own place. Haven't seen too many arm pit pants outfits as most people are still wearing shorts even with the cooler temperatures. :D
