Drinking.
It's been tough, but I've been sober for 33 days now. :noon :noon
Before that, I couldn't tell you the last time I went more than 1 day without drinking. I've lost 9lbs since I quit and waking up every day without a hangover is awesome. Hopefully I can keep it up.
Just a humble brag.

Congratulations, Earl!
A day at a time. Don't look too far ahead, but look back and enjoy how far you have come.

Just an update. I went 101 days with zero alcohol. The first few weeks were the hardest, but it got easier after that. I had a few drinks on new years eve and a few on new years day and I felt like crap for 2 days afterwords. I think I'm going to limit my self to only drinking once or twice a month. I believe that that is a life style that I can maintain.
