This 6 inch ring 50 Toro is nicely packed in cellophane with a piece of cedar wrapped around the foot of the cigar. The wrapper is dark, oily, smooth and has a bit of a silky feel to it. The construction feels good, the aroma is a deep aroma of hay and the predraw is close to perfect and gives a peppery flavor.

What do I taste? Wood or leather? Or Both? Guess I taste both but because the flavor is perfectly balanced it is hard to find out what I actually taste. The flavor isn’t strong, I would call this a medium smoke. After an inch I tasted some chocolate and then the cigar is blend for a while, no specific flavor.

After 2 inch I could taste a sweet leather and some sweet cedar. Midway I noticed the power of the cigar increase a little. The texture is a bit creamy but peppery too, all as a support to the woody flavor. Even though the cigar gained some power it stays medium

The draw was fine and the smoke was ok. The ash was white and firm, and the burn was pretty straight.
Would I buy this cigar again? Maybe, this is the first Gurkha that I liked.
