Cigar Bands Anyone?

I've amassed 5 #10 envelopes (pretty) stuffed with cigar bands
for anyone interested in artsy projects. I can send all 5 to one
person or 3 envelopes to the 1st responder and 2 envelopes to the
2nd responder. Chime in & we'll see what happens.
