Hello everyone,

I read through some threads after using "search" but didn't find anything directly at my question in the past few years.

I have a few friends who smoke cigarettes and shisha and will want to smoke a cigar with me from time to time.

Wanted to ask: do you all have some recommendations for tasty, medium-full to full-strength cigars that are good as hand-outs (meaning - that are cheap, 3 bucks or less)?

Looking forward to your thoughts,
T

Gran Habano Vintage 2002. They can be had for $1.50 per stick and are essentially my go-to cigar. In my opinion, it is nearly a perfect cigar.

Sosa pyramides can usually be had on cbid or CI for around $2 a piece these are more to the medium side of the spectrum but they also age very well.

These are a little more expensive I think, but Joya de Nicaragua Antanos are great if you want a stronger cigar.

Thanks everyone, will look into these.

And I will certainly slip him a catalog or two ;)

This dude can smoke fast and hard, so want to have a few on hand for him so that he doesn't end up not spending the time and care on a nicer cigar. This is the same dude that will inhale a whole, unopened bag of chips from my pantry in an hour. The guy is generous himself though, so I'm not knockin him - just strategically planning :)

Also, may run into a few cigars I like myself out of these recommendations - so thank you.

Here's a great thread (http://www.cigarasylum.com/vb/showthread.php?t=643) dedicated to nothing but inexpensive yet tasty smokes. There are a ton of great options detailed in it. Posts 371 and 387 are compiled lists.

And don't forget 5 Vegas Serie 'A' - can be bought on CigarBid.com
for about $2@, including shipping, if you time it right.
Another good medium-full smoke for cheap on CigarBid is J.Fuego
Corojo Oscuro. I've often snagged these for $1.50@.
