I have been playing Bridgestone e7's lately and have been very pleased. How about you?

We play Titleist's. Seems Bubs finds more of them than anything else.
Free ones are far less painful to lose than those shiny new ones, and I've never noticed the shine improves my game. :D

Moving this to the Sports forum.
Kinda makes sense to me.

My folks just moved to a golf course, and they are on the outside of a big dogleg fairway. So. Whatever we find!

It's pretty sweet, free golf, free balls, free drinks. I may have to move back in with them.

First off:

Now to the question: I'm a fair weather golfer with a bad back, shoulder, and knee, so don't play much; maybe 3-4 times a year. So I go with cheapie Top Flites or Titleist. My favorite balls are FoundItInTheRough; I have good luck with them. :)

Using the Wilson Staff Duo. Checks-up nicely on the greens. Of course, if I run across a stray Pro VI, that's cool too:D

Thanks Peter wasn't sure where to put it.

Most guys put their balls in the pouch designed for them.

I have seen some guys out playing yellow balls but to me it just seems weird. It seems like balls should be white. :2

Balls that are held for pleasure are the ones Tom likes best.
And I only say that cause he's busy, and I can't believe he didn't say it yet cause he says it every time we talk about balls.

I brought a dozen Duo back from our last AZ trip and liked them so much I ordered another two dozen. What I have noticed lately is the cover splits after a few rounds. Not a cut, just a slight split. I have had 3 in the last couple of weeks develop this split.
I think the inner ball is so soft that the cover flexes beyond it's capability at impact. Still like the action on these, but be warned these won't last as long as most other balls.

Callaway Supersoft (White).

Tim, are you using a golf club or an axe?

Tim hits his balls too hard.

Or maybe the rest of us just aren't hitting ours hard enough.

Exactly why I leave the axe iron in the bag:D

Golfers Are Picky About Their "Balls". A Friend Of Mine Won't Change From Titleist ProV1 Even Though He Knows The Callaway Supersoft Is A Club Longer With Every Club In The Bag & Spins Almost As Well!:r;)

I'm a high handicapper and play every weekend (meaning I lose a lot of balls). I always buy Nike Mojo. Unless theres a fairly good chance I'm going to lose a ball, like over some sort of hazard, I generally play with whatever I found in the bushes while looking for my own ball. I was shocked to discover people who buy the expensive balls seem to loose the things as often as I do....or at least thats what I assume from my brush balls collection

You are right depending on the course. Fancier courses, better balls. I usually find about the same as I lose. Hopefully, I don't have to search too often......

Wilson Titanium. Great price and performance. Plus, when I lose one, no big deal. Seems the clubs make a lot more difference than the ball.
