Help with Dupont Lighter I may have a GEM

Ok I have seen 2 others like this one. I know my Duponts fairly well. I think this one is rare. 1940's I think "Brevét Tous Pays" on bottom. Serial number is M7395. No help. They replied without much wait. All I got was "this lighter is well over 50 years old. So I can't service it. I do not know a value. I've found a little info on this one. Not much. Anyone help me with any info no matter what. Something trivial leads to the complete run down of what you seek. In some of my experiences. Thanks again man. I still needed that addy anyway. :)
