Confused on how to bid on Auctions for Troops - Help!

For some reason I am confused on how to bid on the Auctions for Troops. The threads appear to be closed. How do you place a bid and where do you follow the bidding?

Bidding will begin Sunday, May 24 some time between 1:00pm and 5:00 pm PT. The auction will end and be closed to bids on Wednesday, May 27 at exactly 6:00 pm PT. Any bids time stamped after that time are void and will be removed. To clarify: Bids with a time stamp of 6:00pm are valid. Bids with a time stamp of 6:01 are void.

The Admin Team will post winners and amounts due as soon as possible after the auction closes. Those donating items are asked to defer shipping to the winner until instructed to do so by a member of the Admin Team or one of the Troop Support Coordinators.
