BlkDrew: Nope. Not ammo related. It's a part, a component of a larger device, that is used in manufacturing.

Nothing like a metal nipple protector for the cold months! Make sure your nipples are dry or the fire department will have to come pour hot water on it to get it to release.

OK. It's a cap from a resistance welding gun.

Damn it. I honestly thought spot welding but I figured most use copper rods like in the autobody industry
