When I arrive home from work this evening, my wife greets me and says she got me a gift for our upcoming trip to Mexico. It's a waterproof, air tight triple zip lock bag specifically for my phone.

...my first thought: beach humidor.

I could definitely get 3 robustos in there.

The first step is admitting you have a problem

I don't see a problem. Ditch the phone.

Agreed, last I checked you can't smoke a phone.

My Star Trek flip phone isn't worth the water proofing, spent my money on cigars and you should do the same.:noon

Sun may hit that black backing and cook the cigars ... better smoke all of them to make sure they aren't ruined!

don't plan on buying cigars in Mexico; you'll be disappointed... My parents live in Mexico part time and cigar selection and culture is lacking... Bring your own.

That's the general feeling I have as well. I understand the duty free is one of the few possibly respectable places to purchase. We'll see. I'm not in the market for Cubans so much.

I've got my travel humi packed and ready to roll.
