Right now the plan is a Bolivar Belicoso Fino. The weather looks decent for Thursday, so it doesn't look like I'll be freezing and will be able to enjoy the cigar!!!

I will be spending the day at my parents and they have a non smoking policy in their home, and the temperature here isn't nice enough to go outside and smoke. Guess no smoke for me on x-mas day, but I'll make sure I smoke enough the day before and the day after.

Ah...the Christmas day smoke smoke from Hell!!!

After the prime rib is served and the relatives have gone, I'm looking forward to a San Cristobal Maestro and a nice large glass of Pyrate rum.

My thoughts, exactly, though a non-tubo here. Probably have another stick or two before dinner so I can escape the mayhem.

It depends on how I feel tomorow still sick=nothing, better but not well=LGC serie R, or feeling much better= Party series du connie #1. with a nice glas of whatever I get for Christmas or the Talisker sitting on the shelf.
In any case it is going to be a great Christmas here and I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas.

Tomorrow is too far away, but I think tonight would be a good night for the Oliva V Maddies to come out of bed.

After the hustle and bustle, family house hopping and the ragazzo goes to bed. With ma in her kerchief and me in my cap. I'll head downstairs for a long winters snack. A Fuente Opus X PerfecXion X that is. I'll enjoy my stogie and reflect on the day and thank God for how blessed I am.
Buon Natale everyone!!

I'm not honestly sure what I'll be smoking. Guess I'll decide when it's time to light up.
We're meeting up with some old friends Christmas night in a little place called Laughlin, NV.
I'm taking a full cigar caddy and plan on sharing. ;)

Tonight we are doing our Christmas dinner, so after I fill my gut full of prime rib I will grab a glass of something good and head out to the garage and fire up a RA Estupendos, gifted by my good friend Hal. :tu

Christmas Day smoke was an Oliva G maduro while walking with my kids, riding their bikes.
Christmas Eve smoke was a special treat. I received a Padron 1964 Exclusivo natural from Kenny (txdyna65) for my lottery winnings from this past summer. I had it last night with a few cold beer while watching the Hawaii Bowl. It was a perfect smoke! Thanks, Kenny!

At midnight, I lit up a 2001 H. Upmann Sir Winston given to me earlier on the 24th...it was WONDERFUL...cinnamony and leathery...after dinner with Dooge and his family (thanks again Andy, it meant a lot to me and believe it or not, my mom...) an Illusione ~4/2g~...later tonight...depending on my mood...either a Tatuaje Reserva SW or a Los Statos DeLuxe Delirios...MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL

Had a lovely 601 hand rolled for desert tonight. Full flavor with an easy light and a full tight white ash all the way to the nub. The flavor just kept getting better and better and stronger. Went for a walk with the stick to the end of the block and in the heavy winds it burned straight and full circle. The flavor was strong but easy on the draw. The taste was strong but not harsh with a hint of sweetness that I could not find a matching describtion for. A special thanks to Sailkat for picking up the sticks for me:salute:

PL Lonsdale RE with coffe this morning. 99 Upmann PC in the afternoon. VR Maestros after a prime rib dinner with my youngest daughter. Finished the night with a Rafael Gonzalez CE. A great Christmas with some fine smokes. Makes up for the disappointing Siglo VI(fugazzi?) I had yesterday. :ss

I woke up with no voice and my wife said it was her best Christmas present ever :( but when my voice came back I realized I felt much better than all week long so after lunch I had a Padilla Serie 68 Torp. and sure enough I could taste it well. I do prefer the lancero better but it was good. So after dinner I went into the Garage with a Trinadad Reyes that I have had for so many years I forgot about it...Wow. I love these little guys. Followed up by a Tat coronu 2006, not as good as the 2003 but very nice. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas.

I smoked a Padron 1926 Maduro Torpedo yesterday. Although milder than I'm used to, it was very tasty indeed.

I didn't smoke these, but sure was surprised to receive them as gifts yesterday morning:
http://www.cigarasylum.com/vb/picture.php?albumid=100&pictureid=938
The Diablo picantes were a "I bought these for the wife to give me" gift that I stuck in my cooler earlier this month and forgot about.
The Davidoff tubos assortment was a huge surprise from my son. It contains a #2, a 2000, and a Special R. I've never seen tubes like these--each cigar is enclosed in an inner cedar-lined tube & an outer tube, and each has a long oval cut-out slot. You twist the tubes until the slot lines up (open) so that you can keep the tubes in your humidor at proper humidification. Twist the tubes closed and the seal is intact. Very clever!
It's been many, many years since I had a Davidoff. I told him I'd save two to share with him after his college graduation & commissioning ceremonies, and the other one would mark another "yet to be determined" milestone in his life.
(Oh, and he thought he'd throw an Acid in there just for laughs. Fortunately, he knew enough to double-ziploc bag it!)
