As for the Seinfeld one, someone behind the scenes at that show must've been a cigar smoker. Cigars--and apparently cigar store indians--were featured semi-frenquently. :tu

I got this guy at the RTDA around 2008.

There are a lot of them on eBay, all different sizes. Some pretty cool ones, including the guy that created the Indian for the Cheers Bar (on the show) that still will hand carve them in that style.

Bought him off Craigslist, Dave, can't even remember where I had it shipped in from. I have seen lots just like him, seems like kind of a "standard" indian. :)
