what to smoke & review next?

Volt send me a few flavored cigars to review on CA and on my blog and so far I reviewed a Phillies Peach, White Owl Pineapple, CAO Moontrance and a weird green stick called Game (review will be posted soon). I have 4 more of those disgusting things in a ziplock bag waiting to be smoked and reviewed, but the problem is, everytime I open the bag I have a problem picking out a stick for a review. Now, I do have the same problem with my humidor too, but for a different reason, I have lots of good smokes in my humi, but I fear the flavored sticks in the ziplock bag.

It is for you guys to decide what stick is next to kill my tastebuds.

You've already done a White Owl & a CAO.

One of the guys I ride with used to smoke Swisher Sweets, so I know just how awful those are already - unfortunately 1st hand.

Voted for the Phillies chocolate.

Close your eyes and pick one. Since you've already smoked the CAO then you've probably smoked the best one in the bunch from what I hear.

I do remember back in the dark ages of my life when serving on an icebreaker in the early 1970s smoking a Swisher Sweet. That flavor memory still lingers and probably explains why I went about 10 years without smoking a cigar.

Another vote for the Phillies chocolate. One of my coworkers smokes and enjoys these, but for some reason, I do not expect this to be the case for you... I'm not saying I hope you don't enjoy the cigar, just that I'm positive you have a far more experienced palate.

Don, I went with the chocolate as it may mask the tabacco.... Ont he other habe teh Eiliens Dreamisn't all that bad as far as the flavored stuff goes. It may be a "treat".

I guess my thought is what's the point? They are flavored to get inexperienced smokers to try something called a cigar, by name only. I like my coffee black, my cigars natural or maduro. If I want a flavored cigar, I'll drink some single malt Irish whiskey to obtain a flavor. Guess I'm just boring. :dance: :2

Hey DF, I hope you have some mild sedatives to take before you embark on this selfless mission. My guess is that these "cigars" will have flavor profiles reminiscent of cardboard, brussel sprouts, and body odor.

Don, I think you'll like the Eileen's Dream. They're very well done, I like one every now and then. It's hard to beat the CAO Flavours tubos when it comes to flavored cigars.
Aside from them, Javas are fair, but they're still a pretty distant second.
Even if you don't like the CAO's, they're not gonna make you chunk.
