Ok this isn't really HIS fault, but it's clear that he's screwing the system, at his lawyers direction, seemed he wanted to go back to work and they wouldn't allow it, but when they were only going to give him partial pension .. yes he's getting his pension, he fought to get it all and DID.

I actually know an officer that is out right now because there is no lite-duty for him so he's just getting paid.
