I just bought a house

never thought I would be able to afford a house, but things have changed dramatically the last years, all in a good way though, so earlier today I bought a home. As I believe in Karma, I must be doing something good ;)

3 story house with a garage on ground level, behind the garage is a room which overlooks the garden. That room will be my man cave, of course with walk-in humidor. Garden ends at a waterfront, so there will be a boat too ;)

first floor, kitchen and huge living room, balcony.

second floor: 2 bedrooms, home office and a bathroom.

I'll be getting the keys somewhere between march and july, then I'll start redecorating and building the walk-in humidor. Pics will be posted when I'm done

this sets me back for about 220,000 EURO and then I'll have to build the walk-in and, redo the bathroom and paint & wallpaper the house.

So no trips to the USA for me the coming years, except for february 2014 as that has already been booked and paid for.

gonna be moving way sooner than expected. As soon as I get back from Nicaragua and Florida I will start construction (bathroom needs to be done, and a walk-in humidor needs to be build in the man cave). Expect to be moving last weekend of march.
