A NY artist has trained homing pigeons to fly from Cuba to the Florida keys carrying Cuban cigars while recording the flights with small cameras, my only question is do the pigeons have to get the tiny rolls of film developed or does he?
Video Story (http://www.nytimes.com/video/arts/design/100000002499781/flying-close-to-the-law.html?smid=fb-nytimes&WT.z_sma=VI_FCT_20131017)
Doesn't Fotomat have a no-pigeons at the drive up window policy?
I really want to know if Cuban squab tastes better than Nicaraguan squab.

We don't have no stinking pigeons in Cuba.
We shoot them if the squeal.
Heck, we just shoot them, period.

I wonder how truely cost affective this is. If one brid = one cigar I assume cost of feed + cost of bird + cost of cigar/ or camera = takes to much for me.

Pretty clever how he leaves out who his connection in Havana is, though. :D He has to know someone down there in order to put the cigars on the pigeons.

I've heard tales of Canadians trained to do the same thing.
