I'm watching this show and to start with I think it's another BBC over the top comedy, especially since it's starring Ricky Gervais. But it's not. Derek (Gervais) is a kind hearted man that works in a nursing home in financial trouble.
This show is sometimes sad even though nothing sad is going on but in reality it makes me feel good. It's about good people doing good things for one another.
I'm not sure I've ever seen a show quite like this.
