Who has the best shipping to Afghanistan?

I just started smoking cigars since I got to Afghanistan. I was just wondering who has the fastest turn around time for shipping. CI seems OK. Thompson dons't give tracking numbers, and there is always a back order. Any sugestions?

Okay brother. I just came back from that great country. And it matters where your located. Most guys go through CI becouse they are reliable and fast. In my mind stick with them. If there is a problem they will bend over backwards to fix it. :2
