Holy crap, the man only had half a face anyway, thank goodness he can rest in peace without trying to
'do his job to the end, no matter his condition'. Was I the only person creeped the hell out by that?

He also said his cancer was back, sometimes I really don't think the pain and suffering is worth it, still two thumbs down.

RIP Good Sir

I had no idea what you were talking about, so I googled it. He looked like my Grandma... *shudder*

He bravely persevered in the face of disfigurement and pain, no pun or disrespect intended, as I have much respect for the man. R.I.P., Mr. Ebert.

Mr. Ebert embodied the passion that should be felt for good, and bad, movies, knew how to convey his impressions well, and was a funny, eloquent man.

What a terrible way to finish out your last 10 years.
No doubt strong while facing such adversity.

This really saddened me, I was sad to see Gene Siskel go, since I always felt me & Gene had the same tastes in films, then when I heard Roger couldn't speak anymore yet STILL did his job that blew me away.

Yes he will be sadly missed, no other reviewers did it quite like these 2, now there are in heaven telling God what to watch on blu-ray

R.I.P. friend I never met.
