I couldn't even get through 1/8 of the stick. Unfortunately, it was a real dog for me. But hey, you may like it.

While I have found most of the Gurkha's to be well flavored I have found the quality to be inconsistent. A wrapper will be too thin and break or unravel or holes in the wrapper. I guess for the price especially if they are on sale they are a fair deal. Just dont expect (add your favorite) quality from them and you wont be too terrible dissapointed. -(P

Fact, it's all subjective. If you hear too much about a particular cigar, then you might develop preconceived opinions about it before you even smoke it. Smoke it, and if you like it, then that's all that matters.

X2... like what you smoke and smoke what you like :tu

You won't know if you like it or not if you don't try it.

Lots of bashing Gurkha. This is great for those who enjoy them. I think they are fine and enjoy them quite often.

I smoked two awhile back. The flavor wasnt bad but both split the whole length of the cigar as i smoked them. It created a terrible draw and wasnt pleasant to smoke. :2

One of the Gurkha's I enjoy is the Doble Maduro it is a good full flavored cigar.

He asked for an opinion, and we gave our honest opinions. There is certainly a lot of people who like them in this thread. Most people who didn't like them ended by saying "but smoke what you like" :2

I have had a few Gurkha's but not the Beast. It would be nice to hear what you think of it after you have one.

The couple of Gurkha's that I have had haven't been bad just not a whole lot to them, kinda got boring for me. But like others have said if you find something you enjoy smoke it. :tu

It's been a while since I've had one, but I enjoyed it okay when I did if I recall. Good golf stick?

The Beast was OK, but I enjoyed the Titan more.

I've smoked a lot of the Gurkas because I get the from the Devil for a deal. The beast was worth the money but there are others that were better for the same price. Such as the Titan.

Come to think about it, the black dragon wasn't all that bad. Pretty enjoyable actually, but it was a short stick.

I found the Beast and the Titan similar. Nice sticks both, and would pay $5 each for them, but not crazy B&M prices...

I haven't found a Gurkha that I like ... other than my Gurkha 30-count travel humidor.
