All right, here is the address:

CH Jim Mitchem
HHT 2-14 CAV
APO AE 09391

We are leaving out within the next two weeks then 5 days in Kuwait before we head up to FOB Cobra. Will be on site by mid July and will be there for a year - already told not to expect and early pull out.

We are a CAV unit - less than 500 and we are being tasked to cover a brigade size area in the hottest province in Iraq.

So the Asylum's support will be greatly appreciated. I will be sure to get them all out these deserving troopers for you (well, I'll smoke a couple )

When I get there I plan to set up a coolador if I can find a Styrofoam cooler, if not I will improvise.

Thanks in advance for everything

Chaplain Jim

Countdown commencing, T-xx hours (cant give exact time because of opsec)

Had Brigade deployment ceremony today - we will be in Iraq on the way to the FOB by this time next week

So anything you want to send to the 2-14 CAV you can get it in the mail and I will be happy to hand out to the troopers!
