Multis- any decent one a days out there?

It seems that most top shelf dailys out there require ungodly amounts of pills- 6 seems to be the popular number. Are there any good ones out there that are one or two a day?

I haven't taken supplements in a long time, so what little knowledge I have might be outdated, but from what I remember there is a huge difference in a Multi-Vitamin, and those little packets full of pills. A multi-vitamin is just that, vitamins, but all those GNC packets have things like antioxidants, herbs, etc. Most of questionable value. Then there is the fact that the packets can cost 40 bucks or more.

It comes down to what you want to put in your body, but I'm not aware of any one-a-day supplements that have all that stuff in them, I'm pretty sure it would be impossible to cram all that into a pill that anyone with a gag reflex could swallow.
