So in the search for some affordable daily smokers, I decided to give La Vieja Habana a try. So now I'm wondering, do you guys treat short filler cigars the same you would long filler? I just got a 5er to try out and am wondering if they'd smoke well ROTT; or should I rest them for awhile? Your thoughts?

I don't treat short, mixed/medium, or long filler cigars any differently in those regards.

Curious, do short filler cigars benefit from rest as much as others do?

I don't see how the shape/cut of the leaf would change anything. LVH's are tasty btw, enjoy my friend :)

I am smoking a 5 year old La Finca as a I type this. I bought a box for yard gars and hated them. After a little rest I would say they are as good or better than an average new cigar.

That is my real experience at least.
