The buyer should send it to the Shack Herf and call it The Ultimate Challenge!

how many thousand gallons of sprite or port do you think the buyer needs just to help cut that nicotine down?
Does Xikar make a cutter for that? Perhaps France has a few guillotines in its museums that might help cut it :tu
maybe you could use a rather large empty artillery shell as a punch?
Seriously, I'd rather buy the 25,000 regular cigars than that novelty monster

Some one is in need of a bigger Humidor, and a few Spanish Cedar Trees to light that thing

So does one smoke the cigar, if so do you smoke it with a tribe, or just you? Is this a life long cigar as you will never finish it. These are the questions I have for the buyer.
