Need Logo Design Help

I am looking for a logo design for a company I am starting with a few friends. If anyone knows a good graphics designer that is reasonably priced please let me know. Looking for a recommendation before I just pick a random company. I have given it a shot but Photoshop is not my strongest suite and I need it done within the next week.

Here is our try at it. From what I understand I will need a vector graphic. Trying to play the power button off the G in ASG. As you can see, this one sucks! LOL.
