Just curious if anyone has a certain stick or two set aside to burn tonight during the returns...

I'm planning on my first quesada oktoberfest uber with my first tres reynas gordo on deck if I need it.

Got one all picked out. Cohiba Siglo VI. Whether I'm happy with the results or disappointed, at least I'll have a great smoke. :)

Depends who wins.

If it is the born in America with a Harvard degree, then perhaps.

It does depend... one side supports freedom and cigars, the other is trying to put a stop to both!

Don't let this tread get locked guys.....

I've got a BGM set aside if my candidate wins. If not I'll reevaluate my choice.

I went out and bought a few today, I'm smoking the inch while watching the carnage, and I'm either going to have a Martini and a celebratory 7-20-4 if my candidate wins, or 6 Martini's and a Digger if the country is doomed.

Let me know how the inch goes. I have one resting in the cooler.

Lamb sausage with grilled jalapenos & mushrooms on kaiser rolls, followed by Genesis by Ramon.Bueso toro and LFD La Coronado toro. This is a wonderful evening. -- honored to be free in our great nation.

Having an Opus Robusto from the batch that just came out. Surprisingly great for a fresh Opus. A little of that off putting spice, but overall smokin great, albeit with all the burn problems of a fresh one. I'll probably try a LFD Oro Toro Maduro next

It reminds me a lot of some Don Lino Africa I bought on the cheap. Not an awful cigar but I wouldn't buy another one. NWC is head and shoulders better IMO.

I made a statement earlier that I hoped would convey the message but since it has not had the intended effect let me be clear:

This is the official warning for this thread. If we cannot keep the politics out of it then this thread will be closed. Please don't ruin it for the rest of the community.

Sorry, I thought the fact that both major party candidates where both born in America and have Harvard degrees a pretty well documented fact, and not at all political. I wasn't going political.

Thank you for the explanation Steve. I chose your post as a jumping off point and was speaking to everyone in the thread.

Smoking an '11 Sig III recently gifted to me by a mystery party. This is the second of this particular vitola I've had. I really should grab a box or two someday. They've both been excellent.
