Hey guys, not trying to have a double post.

I found a vintage Dunhill Humidor, the it is from the 40's to the 60's the interior is spanish cedar on the sides and glass on the top and bottom.

My question is will this hold humidity?
I know that the materials and tools available 70 years ago are not the same as what we have today. The wood work looks great, tight joints on the outside but the spanish cedar lining does not look as tight.

Does it have Dunhill engraved in it anywhere or just that sticker?

Wood swells when it gets moisture, so that may fix the issue you are seeing with the spanish cedar... best way to find out is to get some beads, a hygrometer and see if it works. :tu
