One of my goals when I bought my espresso machine was to avoid Starbucks.
I have been doing a good job but the wife still frequents. I am on a mission to "Baristo" a drink she will like at home.
Pumkin Pie Latte
Ingredients:
1 oz Monin Pumkin Pie Syrup
2 Shots Espresso
Whipped Cream
Graham Cracker
Milk
Directions:
Pour 2 shots of espresso, stir in 1 oz pumpkin pie syrup and set aside.
Steam milk and add to espresso/syrup mix while slowly stiring.
Garnish with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy.

I didn't have the correct glass for this drink but it worked fine in a beer mug.
I also used a tub of frozen cool whip, a can of compressed whipped cream would have topped off the glass better.
I actually enjoyed this change of pace foofoo latte, can't wait to see what the wife thinks.
