Well, some of you know and some of you don't. We are expecting our 2nd baby this month. I know it's short notice, but I figured I would start a pool here.
Here's the deal. The due date is October 28. You need to pick weight (pounds and ounces), date of delivery, time of delivery, height, and gender.
Each answer that is the closest to the correct answer wins a point. Whoever had the most correct points will win a small USPS priority mail flat rate box after the baby is born. It may be a week or so afterwards, as I probably will be a bit busy with a newborn. In the event of a tie, I will figure out a tie breaker. Maybe do a guess the name kind of thing.
Good luck.
Congrats Justin!!

Thanks! I'm trying to figure out who got the most correct answers, but doing so on a phone is difficult at best. If someone spent mind figuring it out, that would be awesome. Otherwise, I'll try to get on it tomorrow or Friday.

It looks like we have a three-way tie between JJIRONS, N2 GOLD, and HEM. Each had two points each by getting two answers correctly. Since I already posted the name like a dope, I'll change the tiebreaker question.
Guess the weight at birth of my first son, Luca.
(Note, if I screwed up my counts and someone else had two correct answers, someone please lmk. I think I'm correct, but haven't really slept in awhile.)

JJIRONS is the winner! Luca was born 3 weeks early and was a light weight. 5lbs 4ozs. The tire breaker question was close. But with a guess of 7lbs 1oz, we have a winner.
Please pm me your address. What is a better donation to the troops, smokes or cash? I'll make a donation in your name as well, just need advice on what's better for them.

My advice would be smokes. The semi-annual troop support auction is right around the corner. It raises cash for our TSCs (Troop Support Coordinators).

Thanks! I'm totally out of the loop, but I imagine just grabbing a couple samplers from cbid is the best bang for my buck.. Thoughts?

I think that would work just fine. PM Hugh (hotreds) or Scott (shilala) for their address.
