That man was a real actor.
Nothing flashy but he owned every role and had a room filling presence!

Man that one hit me hard...I don't think I have been as bummed since Alex Chilton.
He lived and acted a LOOOoong time! We were lucky to have him. I think the last time I saw him
was in Red, huh? I mean he did a few more, but when I saw him in Red I thought, 'hahah, that old
dog, still working' and seemed to be totally still in the game mentally.

This guy was incredible! He was making films until his death!

Every time I would see him in something, I would think "Is he still alive?" I would look him up and sure enough he was still going strong!

I will miss his acting. He was not an attractive man but he had a full range when it came to acting (including voice work on SpongBob SquarePants).

Rest in peace Mr. Borgnine!

My favorite memory of him was in the old tv show "Air Wolf".
Who remembers that one?

Loved him as a kid watching him in "The Poseidon Adventure" and as The Shack in "Emperor of the North"....that led me to watch many of his old roles, like "The Vikings", "The Dirty Dozen", "The Wild Bunch", "Marty" and many others. A great character actor, and a class act. R.I.P., Mr. Borgnine.
