Really sad to hear this. If I could only watch one sitcom for the rest of my life it'd be the Andy Griffith Show. Momma and I watched every episode when I was growing up

Even back at home overseas.. man.. Matlock one of my all time favorites. Totally forgot about him throughout these years. I spent countless hours on the TV as a kid watching it. He's leaving a big legacy behind. RIP.

My father and I didn't agree on much but we always watched the show In peace. My grandmothers family have a house on the outer banks and we ran into him once. I was just a little kid but I remember him shaking my hand
