I think from all the years I'm smoking I'v come to the conclusion. That I'm a Corona Size Type of Smoker. That's what I usually go for. When I pick up a few, a box, one etc..
Of course unless I'm looking for something short, time wise.
Do any of you have a Size that you stick with.
I'm not asking if you wouldn't smoke anything else. I think we all would. Maybe not ???????

I like the robustos but anything will do.

I love double robusto or double corona sizes. I used to love double toro's, but am steering away from them.

Right now I would say PC size.
I love lanceros and panatelas though.
I avoid anything over 52RG.

50rg and under. No jawbreakers for me.

Smaller RG for me. My preferred size is the mareva. Though minutos/perlas are up there too.

Long and skinny! Although coronas and even coronas grandes/gordas work from time to time.

The smaller ones are just more comfortable to handle and smoke, and therefore more pleasant.

Mostly Petite Coronas, followed closely by Robustos and Coronas and then anything and everything else :)

Lanceros, Petite Coronas, and Coronas for me, please.
It varies on the cigar and time. But, I usually go for the toro to corona sizes.

I have moved towards the smaller rg more recently.

I tend to smoke more coronas and petite coronas, especially while at herfs. I don't want to commit 2+ hours on one cigar, too many good sticks to share and try.

^^This^^ The time I have to smoke is virtually non-existent, so i'm normally
not at liberty to smoke Toro's and Churchills. Most of the LE's are not Corona's, PC's,
and Corona Gorda's. They're Churchill's and Toro's. That being said, i have
purchased some "smaller rg sticks recently".

I'd say double toro (6x60) is usually my favorite. I don't really know why I like the 60-RG smokes so much more than smaller RG cigars, but I do. I don't like any of the over-60 sizes, though, and generally not longer than 6" in length.
There is a difference in what I think the perfect cigar size is and what I smoke or reach for.
To me the quintessential cigar is the coronas grande, as represented by the Le Hoyo de Dieux
and the Cohiba Sigle III, as well as the Punch Super Selection No.1 .
What do I REACH FOR?? Marevas, demi-coronas. But I like a nice Corona, I ain't gonna lie.

I like something like a lonsdale because of the length of the wrapper. But it's not set in stone or anything. I just seem to get good consistent flavor

I really like Lanceros and Robustos. Robustos being more comfortable to hold. Although, I am a complete sucker for torpedos. If there is a blend I want to try that has multiple sizes, I'll almost always go for the torpedos. Don't know why, it just happens that way...

Robusto and Corona mostly for me. Sometimes I'll smoke a Torpedo or Belicoso and rarely a Toro. My least favorite is Lancero/Panatelas. I like to enjoy my smoke not babysit it. 56 is about the biggest ring I'll smoke.

Robusto, coronas and lanceros for me although I haven't smoke much lanceros but I like them... mostly anything less than a 52 rg will do :)

I'm a smaller-rg smoker myself. 90% of the time I'll always opt for a petit corona or equivalent. Although I love smoking cigars, no matter how much I'm enjoying a stick, after the 1 1/2 hour point I start getting bored or lose interest in it. The fact that the only place I can smoke at my home is outside doesn't help either. Plus petit coronas are typically the cheapest vitola and I can try more new stuff for less. If i'm celebrating or have a lot of time to myself, sometimes I'll venture into corona or robusto land. But churchills, toros, double coronas...eh, not for me.
To that end, I really wonder why the prevailing trend right now seems to be huge rg jawbreakers? The folks at Perdomo seem to be the biggest offenders.

I love me some belicosos/toros...but find myself really enjoying coronas as of late.

Lanceros, Lonsdales, PC's....anything 38-44 RG. However I will admit I like Piramides as well (PSP2's, Cuabas, Dip 2's :dr) but I cut those at 42-44 RG.

I am a PC/Panatela fan.
I'd say the Corona falls right in the middle of my preferred range of cigars. 50rg being to about as wide as I like to go, all the way down to 40 or 38. So yeah, the corona is just about average size for me.
Also, I like to keep my smoke sessions under the 1.5 hour mark, otherwise I get bored. On the other hand, if it's gone in less than 45 minutes, I'm usualy left wanting to light another.

I totally relate to your second comment. If it takes to long I loose interest. It's made to enjoy, if its to long that you have to rush it that's not interesting.
I guess my attention span for smoking has its limits.

Corona gorda and lancero are probably my two favorite vitolas. I'll pretty much smoke anything from a PC to a churchill, though.

My preferred size is almost entirely dependent on my time available to smoke. I love Churchills, Robustos, Petite Coronas, Lanceros, and even the 6x60s. It just depends on the time I have to enjoy. That being said I usually end up with about 40 precent robustos and everything else all different sizes and shapes. I just love smoking cigars period!

PCs and Coronas. Been also into torps these past few months when I used to avoid them for no other reason besides liking to punch my cigars over cutting.
robusto and torpedo please....
maybe corona or pc for change of pace..

i prefer robusto's and beli's. if it's for the ride to or from work i go for a short robusto or a petite corona (time constraints). if i'm sitting by the fire pit with lil mama, enjoying a couple of fingers of libation, anything from a robusto to a torp. as with others my attention seems to wander at the 1.5 hr point. i smoke 2 or 3 a day so i keep enough various vitolas on hand to satisfy my needs.

Most common for me ends up being a robusto, corona gorda or a corona size depending on what is available in a line.

I'm with you on the Coronas. I also think they set the standard for most cigar companies, if the blend doesn't work well in a corona size, it won't work in any size. At least that's what i heard.

Been leaning towards torpedoes and perfectos. Gives me the larger ring smoke quantity and flavors with the easy mouth feel of the lanceros etc.
