It's in Enderle Center in Tustin, just off the 55 freeway and 17th st. Al Enderle is good guy.

Sounds like a steal for a man-cave :)

Hey, don't confuse Joisey with the feudal Principality of New York. Hell, half the cops in my town moonlight as security guards at a nearby JRs, and always ask me what I'm smokin'.

As it's been years since I've minded a cop asking what I'm smokin', I even share with them. :r

Wonder if there's a story behind this place. Haunted Cigar Shop? Seems cheap for contents and all.

Wonder why it's selling. Is the owner retiring, or is there not that much foot traffic? Can they make the rent every month?

If the owner was retiring and just lettng it go, and the net sales could make rent/payroll, then I'd jump on it. But I'm not in SoCal.
