Anyone know of a cigar the gives a strong caramel/grassy flavor?

A NC cigar to be exact?

Caramel and grassy?

Closest I've come was the LFD Claro.

It had a really light grassy flavor, that was prominent through the whole stick. It also had a pretty nice sweetness through the finish. Not exactly sure if it was caramel...but it was sweet.

The double claro #42, to be exact

Not an NC. Have had hundreds of different and none come close to exhibiting that profile. :2

Caramel AND grassy doesn't sound good. YMMV.

Starbucks Caramel Macchiato and a Cremosa Cubana, I think the runner up would be a flor de Todo. Da Klugs says it is delightful.

You may thank me with a cash incentive at a later date.

He said "grassy", not "assy". :lr

Every candela I've smoked had a grassy profile to it.

I get the grassy profile in some old Dominican's, sort of the Dominican version of the Cuban "twang". The only thing I can think of that seems close was an Illusione Epernay I smoked a while back, I believe it was a PC size (or whatever they make closest to it). It was sweet and a little floral, I could see how people might get caramel and grassy notes.

Oddly enough I find fresh loose leaf green tea is about the grassiest thing a person can put in their mouth, besides maybe grass. Have to agree about the candelas, I've yet to find one I can stand, but they are undoubtedly grassy.

Try a Davidoff Special R. Quite grassy.

As for OP's request, Avo Classics have a bit of both but are not very powerful in either. Really anything Kelner should give you some grassiness, but its a more musty grassiness.
