We encourage you to open the ATTACHED REPORT to*respond this complaint.
We look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.

I love how they 'encourage' me to open their ZIP file which contains a malware .exe file. Of course, my mac can't use an .exe file.
The BBB says any such messages are fraudulent and to delete them immediately.
