I would expect an escape tunnel system with added "defense" ;) measures.

Depends on what means by "safe" or "secure". Hinges on the outside? No indication where the house vents air or if there is a motor generator to prevent the owner being trapped inside. Doubt that the movable concrete is heavily reinforced, so vibration issues and longevity (i.e., fit and cracking) are a concern.
Interesting concept, but loads of practical concerns. Personally, the converted silo houses seem more secure to me.

They should have just done steel roll up windows like they did the door.
I could sure see myself smoking a cigar on that patio with the door open.

Energy savings must be huge when the building is closed up for the night.

I don't think it's solid concrete. Those hinges on the windows don't look large enough. I suspect it's built for looks.

Razor wire won't stop zombies, just make a bit of a mess.
I hope the pool surround is bullet proof glass, would be like the end of "I am one" with the alpha zombie smashing his face into the glass while you enjoy a nice little dip.
That’s bad ass! I would love to a have cast concrete home, never have to worry about termites :D

If I had my way I'd live in a giant concrete house burred underground. No windows 2 doors, both with airlocks. It would be the ultimate in privacy and energy efficiency.
