I got the same email (not sure where they got my email address... :td) but I deleted their email without reading it (as usual).

Did not know what it was all about until I read this thread and I will not miss them...

If you ever buy from famous smoke shop or cigar monster, that's why you would get sniper emails, not sure about Thompson catalogs. I used to get some from them and I have never bought anything from them either.

I think ALL of those kind of "auction" sites should be shut down. Even if they aren't ghost bidding to make sure they're always making a profit you still basically are getting other people to pay for your items....it's basically a lotto presented as a auction.

The Cigar sniper stuff is from doing business with Famous Smoke/Cigar Monster

If those auction sites were to close down where would I get my DPG Blues and blacks for $3.50, 5 Vegas Miami for $2, Opus X for $50, etc. etc.

Just kidding about the Opus...I would never do that.
