While on vacation! The first one in a VERY long time (12 yearsIIRC). Sitting at Azul Sensatori, and going to head to Playa in a bit for some shopping. Thought I'd drop a quick hello. Smoking some decent sticks so far as well, though not nearly as many as I thougt I would. A couple mdo 3's, a BHK 52, and have an 04 Sig VI to bring with me to Playa. Salud!

Having a blast so far! Just got back from Playa del Carmen, and luckily stumbled past Casa Partagas. Had to stop in for a peek. The older lady there was very knowledgeable, and they had a decent seletion. Really expensive compared to what I'm used to, though I'd imagine it's cheaper than LCDH. Only bought a COhiba Panatelas ($14 :eek:), and a Buena Vista Corona. The Buena Vista was only bought because of her recommendation. It's not Cuban, but she kept going on about how nice they are. Figured why the hell not. Might smoke it tonight.

Thanks for the well wishes, guys. Last night here, and we are taking it easy on the balcony after dinner. For the last stick of the trip I chose a 2001 CoLa.

I wish I didn't have to say this, but I'm really underwhelmed by it. maybe expecting more? Maybe because it's been in a travel humi for a week? Who knows. PArts of it are very good, but the rest is just bland burning tobacco. And not the good "tobacco" taste I normally refer to. ALmost like it's too dry. Doesn't feel or draw like it's too dry though. Or, could just be an off stick, as I am not sure if this was originally a sale cigar.

I may need a change of location too. I've been spying this little bar since lighting up. IT's a shisha/hookah bar, so no one will mind the smoke. Might grab another stick and head down there:
