It is a crystallization of the oils in the wrapper. Not bad at all.

Lets see some photos, it can be from anything from packaging or the band print to oils from the wrapper to something from the B&M.

I am sure it is not mold I keep mine in the mid 60's. It is all over the cigar so I think it is okay but I have not seen it before.

Sounds like plume, which is a very good thing. Either that or someone laced your stick!:D:r

Why does that matter? Any good cigar with plume is a great thing :tu

I had this on an Opus X. It came from the gold writing on the cello.

Definately sounds like plume to me as well. If that is the case it just means your storing them properly.
