I had a customer take it, light it and smoke some of it, it was pretty classic.

Looks like the first time I tried cutting a cigar and then wondering why it unraveled. Luckily, it wasn't an expensive one. :r

I figured seeing as the guy who cut it already took 20% off, I didn't feel I should charge him! :r

After seeing your Motorcycle, and numerous watches, I wondered what you did for a living. All makes sense now :tu
What city is your Shop located in? My Dad travels to Wisconsin all the time for work with Homeland Security, and I'll send him your way if you're close :tu

I see that so much at the shop I work at. Especially amongst the new guys.. Even if I ask them if they would like me to cut it, they insist on doing it their own. Ten minutes later, they come demanding a new stick because the one they bought was of poor quality...

We had a customer that did! He normally takes his cigars right down to toothpick level, so he lit it up!

Wow, I can honestly say, even when I started I did not cut that much off. I did not let the shop keeper cut mine though, rather I had him instruct me while I did it. I also have gotten into using a punch more than a cutter.
