Padilla Miami 8/11

I was at my local B&M today and I noticed they had Padilla Miami 8/11 and the normal Miami's I am used to seeing. I was wondering what the difference between these two are? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I believe the OR Miami's were made by DPG and are much better than the new ones.
