Was thinking the other day about how many different cellphones that I've had. Thought it would be cool to start a thread to see where you started and see what you currently have now.

Here's mine:

Why did you ditch the Titan for the Blackberry?

Some slider from from Tmobile
Some Smartphone from a company no longer in existence called Vox.

I enjoyed a lot.

Worked great but I wanted a larger screen.

I can't remember many of the phones I've had. Also, I searched high and low for a picture of my first cell phone and couldn't find it. I found this picture which is similar but my phone was grey and more bulky. I think this is a later model:

http://www.retrobrick.com/motointerflip3.jpg

bunch of phones in between and now I have:

I wanted to try something smaller....If I were to do it again I would have just bought a new xv6700 off of ebay. I really liked that phone

Gave the Titan to my dad, who loves it lol

I love my titan too. I have a hacked 6700 too, but the 6800 is much better phone. A lot of people complain about them but with a couple little tweaks it is a great phone.

Ironically my dad didn't like his Titan. He got rid of it for an iPhone. My brother put Britney Spear's "Womanizer" as his ring tone and he can't figure out how to get it off. :r

Watching my dad with his iPhone is like watching a gorilla try to figure out a typewriter. :ss

I had mine hacked, and it was awesome. The center joystick broke one day and I called in for a replacement since I had the insurance. The company dropped the ball and said they would send me a 6800 instead. Didn't care for it much so I gave it to my Dad

LOL...I know where you coming from. When I gave my dad the Titan he was calling me every 30 minutes: "how do I do this......" After a while I just told him to read the book :D

Yeah right! That wouldn't fly with my dad. He would give me sh!t until I came over and helped him. Last night after he took my wife and I out to dinner he made me come over and adjust the aspect on his TV (actually it used to be my TV but I gave it to him when I moved this summer). Somehow, the aspect got changed to 16:9 zoom from plain 16:9 and it was cutting off part of the picture.

Just retired :( http://www.samstores.com/_images/products/motoV195.jpg

That phone took many drunk throws and drops, got ran over by mistake set on fire briefly let in the snow etc.

Still runs like a champ.

I dunno what to do to honor it.

Replace by*when it gets here*

Totally. Talk about a product being ahead of it's time. It's still more compact than many phones on the market today.

Never had one. Will be 40 in a few months. It's been difficult to do, but I'm holding out.

If you need me, I'm either at work or at home. Otherwise, I'm busy with life. :ss

Before my cellphones, I had these!
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/tg195.gif
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/bravo.jpg

Very first phone that my parents made me put in my car when I started driving.
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/DSC00626.jpg

My first "non-bag" phone was made by NEC. I still have it at home (traveling for work right now, will take a pic when I get home).

Then I begged my parents for a new phone and got a Nokia 252.
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/IMG_0864.jpg

Then moved on to a Samsung SCH-8500
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/connection.jpg

Bought one of these at the same time as my Samsung:
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/AdvisorGold.gif

Next a silver StarTac, it was the bomb!
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/motoStarTac.jpg

Then I did the Nextel thing, i90
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/i90.jpg

Nextel again, i730
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/i730.jpg

Then on to T-Mobile, worst piece of crap phone I ever owned, the Sidekick:
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/DangerSideKickColor.gif

Another piece of junk phone that I used when my Sidekick didn't work, Samsung x105
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/x105.gif

Then one of my favorite QWERTY phones before PDA's were popular
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/a630.jpg

Then I cloned a Moto e398 and turned it into a ROKR E1
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/motorola-e398-g.jpg

Then switched to Crackberry 8100
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/blackberry8100.jpg

Then upgraded to Crackberry 8320
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/blackberry_8320_2.jpg

Now, I use my 8320 as my personal line, and my work phone is a G1
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/g1.jpg

Work also pays for this ancient dinosaur which I still use:
http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r91/jtfujish/mp90.jpg

Whew...I've had a lot of phones!
