Found in his home with a gunshot wound to the head, police are not ruling out suicide

It apparently was a suicide. He went through a nasty divorce a couple years ago and had some significant health issues. Sorry he chose to leave, he was an icon in the Soul Music scene. R.I.P., Mr. Cornelius.
