Outstanding. Sent a PM with a couple random questions (won't get into details here), ultimately found out a special I had hoped for was off and lo an behold I got a PM back saying the special would be honored.

Sorry to sound cryptic and all - but I felt the urge to post a +1 for Mark at cigarmony. :tu

Fellas, I do not think it gets much better in the form of customer service than that- and this is my first order from the guys!

Mark is one of the best guys out there. He is a stand up businessman and friend. I have been lucky enough to smoke with Mark and do business with him and both have been extremely rewarding. :ss

Just ordered a puckifier 100 from him. Very helpful gentleman, helped me figure out which one to get and answered other questions quickly and effectively. Highly recommend and will order again ::ss

During the daily grind, it's difficult to know if what you're doing is right in the end (especially since I've never started a business before).

These kind of threads always make me feel funny as I am not good at receiving compliments but they ALWAYS make me feel good that's for sure.
