I am getting ready just trying to figure out how many 1/2 gallons of everclear I need for mac shine.
I want to get enough to go till new years but I doubt it might get 2 1/2's that should make enough for 2 full batches.
sucks 150 mile round trip but yea then I will be ready :D

Is it safe to assume that drinking is a constant while cooking, eating and smoking? Or did you accidentally leave that out?

I will definitely need to be drinking, as the in-laws will be here (rum, whisky, slivovic, etc), and I will have to find time to escape for a smoke or 3. :p Got the turkey thawing, will be getting everything organized tonight (not brining it like many seem to, maybe next year I'll give that a shot).

That's a sore topic. I'm on a medication right now, and I'm supposed to lay off the booze while taking it. Sucks. Really really sucks.
