Does anyone know what universal grind is. Is it the coffee beans already grinded? thanks

I believe $tarbux invented the term "universal" grind to express a grind that is generally suitable for drip makers and french presses. Poppycock, I'd say.

Grind variations include:

powder, talc like: turkish coffee
fine/fine: espresso
fine/medium: moka
medium +/- like granulated sugar: paper filtered drip or Swissgold filter
medium/coarse: french press or vacpot
