Taste of the cigar: This cigar is very peppery. It is very rich and has some sweetness to it. It is a pretty complex cigar.

Construction: Held a long ash. The draw was perfect. The cigar required no touchups.

Strength: This was a medium-full cigar with it being more on the full side.

Summary: This cigar was absolutely delicious. I have had a few of these before and I haven't had a bad one yet. This is probably my favorite NC cigar. I give it a 9.5/10.

Thanks for the review. I tried one when they first came out and it tasted like ammonia after about 2". I may snag a few more and let them sit.

How weird, I just received one of these in a trade in the post today. I'm still looking forward to trying it after letting it rest though...it might get until 10pm if it's lucky!

I've had one of these in the past and I wasn't actually blown away. I think I prefer the regular JJ. I want to give it another try though, so it stays on the list for another round.

Good review and pictures for a cigar I love. This one always makes me glad I bought them as I always let them rest for at least a couple of month before smoking them. Glad you like them,,,now you are a Pepin whore like the rest.

Yes, I am a Pepin whore. Now, where is the group to join like we had on Club Stogie?

I'm not really a maduro fan but I like this one. It is a Pepin blend, after all.
