Tatuaje Black Robusto (08)- The wrapper smelled exactly like resin out of a weed pipe from my younger days. Made me think twice about sparking it since I forgot who the hell hit me with it. I doubt the Navy would buy that excuse:D
Great cigar, made me really hungry though.

Smoked a Monte GE 2010 last night. It was a great smke. It started our with lots of earthy notes, with hints of dark choc., espresso, and a slight spice. After about an inch it changed to mostly dark choc, with hints of espresso, earth, and caramel. A very creamy and enjoyable stick. I can't wait to see what these are like in another year.

Seems like quite the name for a cigar! Glad they are all not this long, I wouldn't be able to remember them. Congrats on the job bro!
here is what I had with a cup of joe this morning (perfect pair). The monte white was really tasty, extremely smooth draw (no short puffs needed for a full mouth of smoke each time), and had a clean draw all the way through (took a little less than 1:45). I recommend for the mid morning cigar

Love those DPG firecrackers, might have to break the last one out for a winter smoke soon. I'd personally call it Liga 9 "lite". Here's my review:
The Undercrown by Drew Estate. This is the supposed follow up to the Liga Privada 9. Long story short:
Drew Estate’s made a huge splash with their traditional Liga Privada #9. A favorite amongst the factory’s rollers, Drew Estate had to tell the rollers to stop smoking the blend because of the high demand of the cigar. So the working man had to adapt…And adapt they did. Created by the rollers of the Drew Estate factory, the Liga Privada Undercrown uses tobaccos similar to the Liga Privada #9 but that are more readily available.
From all the research and talking with my local tobacconist it's basically the same blend with a different wrapper. The high quality rare wrapper of the 9 is what makes the 9 what it is. With the wrapper substituted, after sampling I'd prefer to call the undercrown Liga Privada 9 "lite" vs. a "follow up." It's practically a carbon copy to the 9, only with a slight spice at the begining and the flavors aren't as pronounced.
To top it off, it's priced a little less than the 9, with the toro coming it at about $8 and change, vs. the 9 of the same size which runs $13. It's good, and worthy of having a few around

RyJ Edicion Limitada(NC), we just got these in at work. Pretty good first 2/3, last third was a little lacking, but still good. Wouldn't pay full price for one, but with my discount might grab another one and save it for later.
Monte Platinum, another solid smoke, but I like the Whites better.
LFD Maduro DL Chisel, was not expecting the smooth earthiness to it. Based on prior experience with the DL line I was expecting a good bit of spice. Shows how much a wrapper can affect the flavors. Definitely will grab another of these.
